At Starfire Body Jewelry, we prioritize your satisfaction and hygiene; therefore, we accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, jewelry with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is in its original, heat-sealed clear packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact and has not been worn.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Process Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
